What to Expect

Our fully equipped luxury grooming spa arrives within your scheduled arrival window. Because we travel between appointments throughout the day, timing may vary slightly depending on traffic and the needs of each pup—we always aim for the earlier part of your window whenever possible.

To ensure a smooth setup, we kindly ask that:

• Your pup is ready and accessible at the start of the appointment window

• A safe parking space is available for our grooming van (approximately two car lengths)

Unlike traditional salons, your pup receives our full attention—no cages, no overlapping appointments, and no rushing.

We work at your dog’s pace, allowing time for:

• Building trust and comfort

• Gentle handling and breaks when needed

• A personalized grooming approach based on coat condition, temperament, and desired style

Every pup is treated with patience, compassion, and respect.

Each full grooming session is thoughtfully tailored and may include:

• Bathing with premium, skin-safe products

• Hand drying and coat preparation

• Haircut or trimming based on your preferences

• Nail trim and grind

• Paw pad and sanitary care

• Gentle ear and eye cleaning

• Puppy facial and teeth brushing

Our focus is always on both appearance and overall well-being.

Your pup’s safety is our top priority. Grooming can be a new or sensitive experience for some dogs, and we always work with care and awareness.

If at any time we feel that continuing a service may cause undue stress or pose a safety concern, we may adjust or pause the groom. This ensures a positive experience not just for today—but for future visits as well.
