Service Description
Are you looking for a way to keep your furry friend looking and feeling their best between full grooming appointments? Regular maintenance helps prevent matting and keeps your pup comfortable and you’ll enjoy the benefits of grooming without the full-service price. Includes the basic brush-out to gently detangle and remove loose fur to keep your dog's coat healthy after a day at the dog park or group walks, nail trim to keep the paws neat and tidy, bubble bath and condition, and manual blow dry to ensure your pup leaves looking fresh and fabulous. Important Note: If your dog is not on a regular grooming schedule or has a matted coat requiring a full groom, they will not qualify for this special package. In such cases, we will recommend upgrading to our comprehensive full grooming package to ensure the best care for your pet.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment methods: BeachTown Pets Mobile Spa requires a credit card hold for all appointments. Through Square, you will be able to enter your credit/debit card information which will be securely saved to your pet's profile. We accept cash, credit cards, and Zelle for final payment. No Shows & Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 48 hours in advance notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling appointments. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater. Please note: If we come to your house but are unable to provide service due to a problem with access to your pet(s) or property, you will be charged as for a cancellation. No shows (meaning no phone call/text or calling after the appointment has already started), 100% of the full grooming fee will apply. Please read the full Pet Grooming agreement on the home page.
